Parthenopy Bardis focuses her practice on the representation of public and private sector employers in labor and employment matters. She provides counseling and training to assist management in dealing with personnel issues and to minimize the risk of liability. Ms. Bardis provides guidance to clients in the following areas: employment policies and procedures, employee termination and discipline, Family Medical Leave Act compliance, Americans with Disability Act claims, collective bargaining issues, employment discrimination (including sexual harassment), civil service selection and appointment issues, and employee layoffs. Additionally, Ms. Bardis represents management in employment-related litigation before administrative agencies, and State and Federal courts, in disputes arising under collective bargaining agreements, civil service laws, the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, and the Family Medical Leave Act.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bardis served as Law Clerk to the Honorable N. Peter Conforti.
