John Fazzio concentrates his practice in business law and commercial real estate. He works on matters that involve complex commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, business restructurings and commercial finance, business formations, the purchase and sale of businesses and various commercial real estate matters. Mr. Fazzio also works on a variety of estate planning matters for individuals and business owners.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fazzio was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Frederick J. Schuck, Superior Court of New Jersey and was a Prosecuting Attorney with the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office.
