Mitchell Jacobs concentrates his practice in the areas of labor litigation, commercial litigation, personal injury, real estate litigation and probate litigation. In the area of labor litigation, he represents the public and private sector, where he represents management in employment-related lawsuits, in areas that include discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations, wrongful discharge, and defamation in federal and state courts.

Mr. Jacobs’ clients include municipalities and other public entities, private businesses, individuals, and insurance companies. He currently serves as the Municipal Prosecutor in the Borough of Fair Haven in Monmouth County, New Jersey.
