Anthony Orlando represents public and private sector employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters. His work includes providing advice and counsel in the areas of employment policies and procedures, collective bargaining issues, grievance arbitrations, employment discrimination and employment-related litigation before administrative agencies and state and federal courts.

Mr. Orlando provides legal representation to public school districts and other educational institutions on the full range of employee-related disputes, including collective bargaining negotiations, grievance arbitrations, tenure and increments withholding litigation, scope of negotiations and special educational matters. He is also a former member of the Linden Board of Education, a position he held for 9 years.

Mr. Orlando’s practice also includes working with the firm’s municipal clients in areas that include rules and regulations, contract review, the Open Public Records Act and civil litigation. He represents library boards across the state, including the Linden Free Public Library and the Sayreville Public Library. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Orlando served as Assistant County Counsel to the County of Union.
