Bruce Padula works with many of the firm’s municipal clients, advising them in areas that include rules and regulations, by-laws, developer’s agreements, condominium service agreements, open public meetings act, right to know regulations, general ordinances, resolutions, land use, easements, contract review and civil litigation. Mr. Padula represents public and private sector management in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including discrimination, wrongful discharge, whistleblower claims and grievance proceedings before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Additionally, Mr. Padula has appeared in state and federal courts on numerous election law matters. Mr. Padula’s experience also encompasses education and school law, where he provides representation in connection with collective bargaining negotiations, grievance arbitrations, seniority issues, hiring, compensation and disciplinary issues. He also provides representation in connection with special education, construction, and bidding and contractual matters. Mr. Padula served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Bernard F. Conway, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
