Anthony Seijas practices in various areas of civil defense litigation, with an emphasis on professional liability and insurance law. He has handled numerous cases involving civil rights, products liability, insurance coverage, construction defect and professional malpractice. He has written coverage opinions and litigated declaratory judgment actions for Harsleysville, State Farm, GE Assurance, Hertz and Cumberland Insurance involving both commercial and individual policies.

Mr. Seijas is a frequent speaker to insurance company personnel on topics ranging from defending a bad faith claim to the role of the public adjuster. Prior to joining private practice, Mr. Seijas was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Barbara Ann Villano.
