Mark Semeraro handles a wide variety of litigation matters, including commercial, employment, public entity and insurance litigation in both state and federal courts throughout New Jersey and New York. Mr. Semeraro also practices in the areas of local government law and labor and employment law. He currently serves as Municipal Attorney to the Township of Wayne, special counsel to a number of municipalities and is General Counsel to the Passaic County Republican Party.

He has achieved the highest rating of “AV” through the Martindale Hubble peer review rating system (the nation’s pre-eminent attorney rating system), and is an AM Best’s recommended insurance defense attorney.

Upon graduating law school, Mr. Semeraro served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Sylvan G. Rothenberg, J.S.C. He is an active member of the Passaic County Bar Association and has served as Secretary to its Young Lawyer’s Division. He has also served as a Barrister for the Justice Clifford Inns of Court.
