Corporate: Corporate/Securities Associate with 4-6 years experience with a wide variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, stock and asset purchase agreements, securities laws, private equity transactions and shareholder and operating agreements. Must be admitted to practice law in New Jersey. Strong legal analytical abilities and excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills a must. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to assume a significant role in major transactions.

Environmental: The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years law firm or government experience in environmental litigation, permitting and cleanup, cost recovery, ISRA and transactional matters. Solid waste management, licensing and permitting experience a plus. Successful candidate will have an opportunity to work on major brownfields projects and environmental litigation matters. NJ bar admission required; NY bar admission desirable.
