Scarinci Hollenbeck assists its insurance industry clients to address coverage issues and disputes through coverage opinions, arbitration, mediation, and if necessary, declaratory judgment litigation.

We have extensive experience in representing the insurance industry in coverage matters that encompass virtually every type of policy and insured industry. Employing a combination of negotiation, alternative dispute resolution and litigation when necessary, we work with our clients to develop innovative and efficient solutions to the coverage issues they face. Our attorneys have pursued claims associated with a wide range of insurance policies, including Directors and Officers, Errors and Omissions, Employment Practice Liability Insurance, Surety and Performance Bond, Comprehensive General Liability, Legal Professional Errors and Omissions, Commercial Property and Casualty, Inland Marine, and Business Auto.

We also have significant experience representing both insurers and insureds in the area of commercial insurance subrogation.
