Sharon Weiner was a panelist at a League of Municipalities Council of Affordable Housing (COAH) Regional Briefing. Speaking before Bergen County municipal officials, Ms. Weiner discussed the implementation of the COAH regulations by municipalities and described ways in which municipalities could meet their COAH obligations.

On June 24, Frank Brunetti and Frank Kapusinski will make a presentation on Asset Protection and Bankruptcy at an Estate Planning Conference presented by New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.

John Scagnelli was named Chairman of the Interstate Environmental Commission, a tri-state environmental agency with jurisdiction over water and air pollution in the New York - New Jersey - Connecticut Region.

John Scagnelli will speak at the Practising Law Institute's "Acquiring or Selling the Privately Held Company" on June 11-12 in New York City. Mr. Scagnelli will participate in the Environmental Issues portion of the program.

Thomas Cafferty will serve as a panelist for "Public Records: A Seminar on New Jersey's Open Public Records Act." Mr. Cafferty will present "How OPRA Got Where It Is" for the 3/26 event sponsored by The Record, Herald News and New Jersey Press Association.

Thomas Hoff Prol will serve as moderator for "EPA Enforcement and Regulatory Priorities in the Obama Administration" at New York Law School on 3/19. Mr. Prol is also the organizer of the event.

Sharon Weiner presented "Magnificent Design In Only One Aspect of the Business: What You Need to Know About the Law" to the New Jersey Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers. Ms. Weiner serves as General Counsel to NJASID.
